Google Earth satellite images are getting clearer as well as stranger everyday. You can see Google satellite images through Google Maps too. So, if you do not have patience or time to install the complete software, use Google Maps (Once you are on Google Maps, select satellite view from the top right hand corner on the screen) to view the earth.
